How to get your content on CCDA

To get your content on CCDA just call 416-251-3721 x 223.  The process is simple.

  1. CCDA will work with you to determine the number of pages you have in your collection and what the original media format is.  (Microfilm, Microfiche, Paper, Bound volumes etc.)
  2. We will agree on a unit cost for the annual storage of your content.
  3. We will work with you to determine the copyright status of the material and if required, assist you with obtaining copyright permission to store the content on CCDA
  4. The original material will then be sent to CCDA for digitization. In many cases CCDA has access to the original Microfilm Master copy in our film library of 50,000 rolls.
  5. The material will then be uploaded to the CCDA web site and available to the public.

If you already have content in a digital format simply send the files to CCDA and we will upload them to the archives.
